We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Floor Manager to oversee daily production floor operations at our furniture manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 years experience in a manufacturing role, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably within the furniture manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the factory floor

·        Ensure production schedules are met with consistent quality and efficiency

·        Lead, train, and manage factory workers, technicians, and line supervisors

·        Monitor workflow, equipment, material usage, and downtime

·        Enforce adherence to safety, quality, and operational policies

·        Collaborate with design, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

·        Report production progress, challenges, and workforce performance to senior management

·        Maintain a clean, organized, and high-performing work environment

·        Recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree or HND in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with sufficient experience)

·        Minimum of 8 years experience in a manufacturing environment

·        At least 5 years of proven leadership experience in floor management

·        Prior experience in furniture manufacturing or woodworking industries is highly preferred

·        Excellent understanding of production workflows, labor planning, and material usage

·        Strong people management, problem-solving, and communication skills

·        Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, and performance-driven

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic production software is an added advantage
