As Finance Manager, you’ll oversee the financial health of the company by leading strategic planning, accounting, reporting, and compliance activities. You’ll report to the Head of

Finance & Operations and manage a growing team of finance professionals. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong internal controls, data-driven decisions, and operational

efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, including budgeting,

forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Responsible for daily accounting operations, including reconciliations, journal entries, and

month-end closings.

• Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory filings, and internal controls aligned with Nigerian

financial standards.

• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership and board

reviews.

• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and investment analysis to support company growth
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Partner with operations, legal, and procurement teams to ensure cost control, risk

management, and financial transparency.

• Support audit readiness and coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate

reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 6–8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance frameworks
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting tools, and ERP/accounting software
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and financial presentation tools
• ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification required
