Loan Sales Executive
Job Description
Our client, a consumer finance provider with a focus on financial solutions & systems needs loan sales executives. The Loan Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth of our loan portfolio by identifying and connecting with potential clients. This role involves understanding client needs, recommending suitable loan products, and maintaining a strong client relationship to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualification: ND/HND/BSc
Experience: 0-3 yrs
Attributes: Young, driven and passionate about sales and marketing.
Remuneration: 148k monthly net.
Other Benefits: Telephone and transport allowance payable monthly.
Commission: 2.5% bonus on every 1m achieved above the target given.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for loan products.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs.
- Recommend appropriate loan products based on client needs and financial status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during the sales process.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely processing and approval of loans.
- Stay up to date with the latest loan products and market trends.
Qualifications
- ND, HND, bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of loan products and financial services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
